You can contact Barmer from within Germany or from abroad. The Barmer English Service Hotline is available for free, fast, expert advice on your insurance coverage.

The free Barmer Teledoktor is on call daily from 6.00 to 24.00 to answer any questions you may have on medication or treatment.
